October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and all TESTA Group companies stopped to raise awareness about breast cancer, honor the survivors, some among us, and the memory of those we´ve lost to the disease.
We joined again forces with Liga Portuguesa Contra o Cancro, to raise funds for its research work, a key factor in the discovery of new and more effective treatments for this disease, and all their support work.
Also affecting men, breast cancer is the second most common and deadly cancer in women, but if diagnosed and treated early it has a survival rate of over 90%.
The best protection is early detection and self-examination and regular checkups save lives.
